Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of crew members ensuring adherence to standards.
• Assist in training crew members to uphold operational standards.
• Maintain routine records such as daily operating reports.
• Attend to guest concerns and ensure timely resolution of emergencies.
• Ensure park readiness and operational excellence.
• Support crowd control and queue management during peak periods.
• Report ride malfunctions and safety concerns to management.
