Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor process integration or device engineering.
• Experience in RFSOI or 3DIC process development is a plus.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and integration flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platform development including new module and RF device innovations.
• Drive new process verification and qualification for manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define process integration flow and device performance optimization.
