Role scope

The Revenue Manager role is responsible for maximising overall hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a passion for achieving performance excellence in a competitive hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to optimise room revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Analyse market trends, business performance, and competitor data to forecast demand and identify revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor daily pick-up reports, booking pace, and business mix to ensure optimal rate and inventory control.
  • Manage and update room rates and availability across all online and offline distribution channels (PMS, CRS, OTAs).
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align revenue strategies and promotional activities.
  • Prepare regular revenue performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
  • Ensure rate parity across all online platforms and maintain accuracy in all distribution systems.
  • Contribute to the annual budget and business planning process through data analysis and forecasting.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in hotel revenue management.
  • Familiarity with Singapore’s hospitality market and distribution platforms.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
  • Familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS) and online distribution tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of market dynamics and pricing strategies.
