Key Responsibilities

Rooms Inventory & Rate Management

• Assist in managing rooms inventory and rates to maximize cluster revenue.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all distribution channels.
• Determine effective and engaging rate offers/packages tailored to the right customer through the right channel.
• Maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in the reservation system, including:
  • Inputting rate hurdles
  • Monitoring forecasted demand
  • Updating group forecasts
  • Running daily system checks
• Ensure parity, positioning, and visibility across TARS, Opera Cloud, and other digital channels.
• Support the management of room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to properties.

Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in preparing and updating property and market revenue management reports, competitive analyses, and other documents for short- and long-term forecasting, reporting, and analytical needs.
• Monitor transient, group, and tour booking pace to determine effective pricing and availability controls across all reservation distribution sources.
• Conduct ongoing analysis of data studies (e.g., length of stay, day-of-week patterns, room category occupancy) and recommend action plans to management.

• Undertake special ad hoc projects as assigned by the General Manager.
