Returns Quality Control Warehouse Associate (47 Jalan Buroh)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our returns quality control processes. This role involves handling returned goods from customers, conducting inbound, inspecting product quality, and ensuring accurate processing of returned inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inbound processing for returned items received from third-party logistics (3PL)
• Inspect returned goods to assess their condition, completeness, and quality, and provide appropriate resolutions
• Conduct investigations for any suspicious returned products
• Meet daily targets
• Carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by your supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the returns processing area
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards
