My client is seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to join the Retirement Benefits Team. In this role, you will support the administration of retirement and service-injury matters, engage the public on pension-related queries, and ensure accurate processing of claims and medical billing. You will also contribute to process improvements, workflow reviews, and system enhancements to reduce manual work and strengthen operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle public inquiries via pension hotline and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the administration of retirement, pension, and service-injury processes.
  • Perform verification checks on pensioners’ claims and liaise with healthcare service providers to ensure correct billing of medical expenses.
  • Assist in reviewing, streamlining, and enhancing workflows and systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate execution of retirement-related operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and guidelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
