Job Description
  • Packaging Parcels – Thorough and conscientious packaging of parcels to ensure the safety and integrity of products.
  • Order Fulfillment – Meeting established deadlines for fulfilling e-commerce orders within specified timeframes.
  • Inventory Support – Providing inventory packing support for academy use and ensuring the safe packaging of delicate craft materials.
  • Order Validation – Validating and cross‑referencing orders against online and offline purchases.
  • Quality Control – Receiving parcels from suppliers, conducting thorough inspections for quality, and ensuring their proper storage and display.
  • Inventory Management – Conducting weekly inventory audits and accurately recording inventory data.
  • Customer Assistance – Assisting walk‑in customers, managing pick‑up orders, and proficiently utilizing Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Customer Service – Handling online inquiries through email, chat, and telephone support channels.
  • Technical Skills – Demonstrating fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Store Maintenance – Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the Retail Warehouse Store.
  • Ad‑hoc Duties – Fulfilling any additional duties as assigned by the manager or director.
