Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operational Support Provide hands‑on operational support to assigned outlets and help resolve ground‑level challenges.
  • Sales & Marketing Execution Work with management to implement promotional campaigns, sales tactics, and in‑store marketing initiatives.
  • Staff Coaching & Sales Training Train and guide retail staff in customer engagement, handling objections, executing promotions, and maximizing upsell opportunities.
  • Retail Audit & SOP Supervision Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising standards, and service excellence.
  • Retail Standards & Store Improvement Continuously raise outlet standards and recommend improvements in layout, product display, or customer flow.
  • Agile Sales Growth Help boost sales through data‑driven experiments, feedback loops, and fast adaptation of strategies.
  • B2B Collaboration Support Explore and support partnerships with other brands, businesses, or corporate clients to unlock new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or related fields
