About the Role:

As a Retail Supervisor (Team Lead), you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of our retail site. You’ll lead, motivate, and support our frontline retail associates while assisting the Retail Site Manager in achieving sales targets and operational excellence. This role requires someone who’s a natural leader, excellent communicator, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the retail associate team to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
  • Coach and train associates on sales techniques, guest interaction, and site procedures
  • Oversee daily site operations, including preparation, merchandising, cashiering, and inventory control
  • Support the Retail Site Manager in maintaining accurate records and monitoring payroll and overtime
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment issues on site
  • Encourage and motivate the team to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
  • Act as a role model by actively engaging with guests and demonstrating excellent salesmanship
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Retail Site Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead position
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, approachable, and confident in engaging with customers and team members
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a passion for training and developing others
