Job description

Location: Jewel Changi

Basic Salary: $2,700 - $3,200 (depending on experience)

Working Days: 5 days per week (rotating shifts)

Shifts: 10am - 6.30pm | 1pm - 10pm (subjected to changes)

Job Scope
  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and upselling of headscarves and other fashion accessories
  • Oversee daily store operations including cashiering, stock management, and staff scheduling
  • Maintain and enhance store visual merchandising standards and displays
  • Train, guide, and support new and existing team members to ensure consistency in service and operations
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and elevate when necessary
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for continuous improvement
Requirements
  • At least 1 - 2 years of retail experience, with prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for fashion and styling
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train a small team to achieve store goals
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage both customers and staff
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to handle store operations independently
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
