Responsibilities

• Ensure the shop is sufficiently stocked by managing stock preparation.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and promote good practices.
• Meet required performance standards and targets.
• Motivate and support shop staff.
• Handle cash, banking, and associated administration procedures.
• Plan staff hours, schedule off days, and manage annual leave.
• Serve as key holder of shop.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
