  • Supervise and train department staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
  • Create work schedules and delegate tasks to optimize department productivity.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members.
Customer Service & Sales Management
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a welcoming and positive shopping environment.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve department goals.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and displays.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Inventory Control & Merchandising
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product placement.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and replenishment.
  • Assist in ordering and receiving merchandise as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records related to sales, inventory, and staffing.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare reports for management on department performance and staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous retail supervisory experience or relevant management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
