Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor to drive sales targets and manage store performance. You will lead a team of beauty professionals, deliver exceptional client service, and oversee retail operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a passion for the beauty industry. A commitment to customer service and the ability to manage shift work is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or spa.
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and manage store performance.
• Deliver exceptional client service and build client loyalty.
• Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.

Job Details:

• Available Locations: Island wide, depending on outlet vacancy
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Team Commission
• Retail Working Hours: Shift Work (included weekends and public holidays)
• 3 months contract convert to perm

• Sales and performance: Drive sales targets, manage store performance, and lead a team to achieve business goals.
• Client experience: Deliver exceptional client service, build client loyalty through relationship management, and uphold luxury service standards.
• Team leadership: Coach, develop, and manage a team of beauty professionals.
• Operations: Oversee all aspects of retail operations and store management.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level qualification or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa environment
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Able to mentor, motivate, and lead a team towards achieving business goals
• Comfortable with retail work schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to delivering great customer service
