Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Retail Sales Supervisor who appreciates challenges and working in a fast-paced, engaging retail environment. Join our team and start a rewarding career if you have the experience and attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to new and existing team members.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Oversee visual merchandising, product replenishment, and stock organization.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist with daily cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of part-time staff as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the retail space.
  • Take charge during the absence of the store manager.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
  • Possess good customer service.
  • Good communication skills
  • Sale-driven and highly motivated
  • Able to work on weekends/public holidays, and rotating shifts
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage. (To be able to relay information to Mandarin-speaking customers on fashion and clothing-related matters.)
  • We prefer those who will stay for a longer period and grow with us.
