• Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with Logistics Department for orders.
• Handle phone and online inquiries.
• Provide guidance after installations.
• Arrange installation appointments.

• Location: Fourth Lok Yang Road
• Salary: $2,500 to $3,500 + Commissions (Average $200 to $300) + VB (1 Month)
• Duration: Perm
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products
• Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales target.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill walk in and online customers orders.
• Attend phone queries, online platform enquiries and email.
• Provide guidance and assist customers after car accessories installed.
• Arrange installation appointment with customers installation requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
• Service oriented and passionate to go the extra miles for customer
• Experience in Automotive Accessories Retail Sales or Electronic Gadgets is preferred, but not mandatory
• Rostering: Rest Day is scheduled during weekdays
