Job summary

A staffing service provider in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to attend to customer needs regarding car accessories, achieve sales targets, and operate the point-of-sale system. Candidates should be able to work weekends, and prior experience in automotive accessories retail or electronic gadgets is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive Accessories Retail Sales or Electronic Gadgets is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Able to commit working on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products.
• Strive to achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) efficiently and accurately.
• Liaise with Logistics Department to fulfill customer orders.
• Attend phone queries, online platform enquiries, and emails.
• Provide guidance and assist customers after installation.
• Arrange installation appointments with customers.

• Retail Sales Specialist
• 5 days, 9am-6pm including Sat (off-day on Sunday and weekday)
• Salary: $2500-$3500 + Commission
• Location: Nearest MRT: Joo Koon

Job scope

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries on car accessories products ·
