Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to partner with Sales leadership in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing retail performance. The role includes setting sales targets, enhancing client experience, supporting store teams, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting. Ideal candidates will have experience in cross-functional collaboration and a coaching mindset for team development.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize retail performance.
  • Set and monitor annual targets across sales and service.
  • Enhance client experience and service standards with Store Managers.
  • Support store teams in meeting KPIs and in-store engagement.
  • Coach teams across stores to identify improvement areas.
  • Oversee reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure operational excellence through effective policy implementation.
  • Contribute to marketing and CRM initiatives for customer loyalty.
  • Represent the brand at key events and with high-value clients.
  • Advise on store projects and back-of-house improvements.
  • Lead with a coaching mindset to foster development.
  • Partner with HR on recruitment and talent planning.
Job description
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimize retail performance.

Set and monitor annual targets across sales, service, and team development.

Collaborate with Store Managers and Customer Care to enhance client experience and service standards.

Support store teams in executing action plans to meet KPIs and elevate in-store engagement.

Maintain a visible presence across stores, including weekends/public holidays, to coach teams and identify improvement areas.

Oversee reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, including market and competitor analysis.

Ensure operational excellence through effective policy implementation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Contribute to marketing and CRM initiatives to grow customer loyalty and database strength.

Represent the brand at key events and with high‑value clients.

Advise on store projects (openings, renovations, layout optimization) and back‑of‑house improvements.

Lead with a coaching mindset, fostering development and performance.

Partner with HR on recruitment and ongoing talent planning.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with departments including Operations, Merchandising, Communications, CRM, and Customer Care to drive service excellence and customer engagement.
