Sales Manager (Retail)

Salary: $4000 - $5200

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:45am to 5:30pm

Working Location: Raffles City / Marina Bay Sands / Orchard

Responsibilities

• Identify and curate (organize/create) attractive products to propose to external stakeholders to support in-store events
• Research and recommend new business opportunities to increase profit and develop ideas for service improvements
• Maintain quality of service and operations by establishing and enforcing organizational standards with the sales team
• Provide product training to the retail promoters
• Ensure the sales team executes the right company SOPs and policies
• Ensure POP (Point of Purchase) displays and product displays (price tags, product tags) are in line with company and departmental store requirements
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing support, information, and guidance
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information weekly, monthly and on request
• Assist in stock movements, setting up of wagons for events, and be able to travel between stores to achieve planned tasks
• Facilitate day-to-day operations, such as processing inventory orders, arranging logistics, and supporting the sales team (including weekends when required)
• Formulate sales strategies, work closely with sales team to achieve targets, and lead monthly sales meetings
• Support Merchandiser Team to perform stock takes and all other tasks involving SOPs for stock movement within the company
• Assist in any assigned ad-hoc tasks
