Key Responsibilities
- Identify and curate attractive products to boost in-store events & promotions
- Drive business growth by researching new opportunities and introducing innovative service improvements
- Lead and inspire the sales team, ensuring service quality, smooth operations, and compliance with SOPs & policies
- Provide product training and mentor sales promoters to enhance performance and capabilities
- Maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner
- Prepare insightful sales reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) to support decision-making
- Oversee store inventory, stock movement, and event setups, ensuring healthy stock levels at all times
- Facilitate day-to-day operations, logistics, and event support (including weekends if required)
- Formulate sales strategies, lead monthly sales meetings, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the Retail Industry(Consumer Goods).
- Strong in client relationship management, sales planning, and achieving targets
- Creative, independent, and highly motivated with a positive energy level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Flexible to work on weekends & public holidays for events when needed.
- English & Chinese is required to liaise with internal Promoter/Team.
