A retail consultancy firm is seeking a Retail Watch Specialist to handle day-to-day activities at the retail outlet, focusing on sales and customer service. 5 & 6 days per week, 6 days off per month; 11am-9pm

Location: Wisma Atria / Bugis Junction/ Chinatown Point/Raffles City(Can choose)

Salary: Basic $2200 -$2500 + $100 attendance allowance + $100 flexi allowance upon confirmation + Commission

Gross salary: $2800 -$4000

Summary

The Retail Watch Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day duties at the retail outlet, including sales, stocks, and ensuring proper housekeeping. They are in constant contact with their customer and responsible for ensuring that they give great customer service so as to drive sales.

Job scope:
  • Provide customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to retail customers.
  • Assist in inventory management and housekeeping at the retail outlets.
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of the outlet; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front.
  • Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier
  • Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager/supervisor.
