We’re looking for a reliable and dynamic individual to join us as a Retail Sales Executive!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store and share your passion for wine
• Promote our products and create a welcoming experience for shoppers
• Represent and introduce our wine products to customers
• Plan and conduct sales and marketing activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Oversee daily boutique operations, including inventory management and ordering of goods and supplies
• Ensure excellent guest service and maintain a clean, welcoming boutique environment
• Promote and sell products to walk-in customers
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting
• Report sales results and insights to the director
• Attend to customer needs, enquiries, and complaints promptly

What we offer

• Salary: $3,000 – $3,500/month + commission
