A leading retail company in Singapore is looking for a part-time Retail Executive specializing in Trading Card Games. You will promote and sell products, assist customers with inquiries, and foster relationships within the TCG community. The ideal candidate has a minimum of GCE O or N Levels and at least one year of retail experience, although passionate fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and the ability to achieve sales targets are essential for success in this role.
📍 Location: Suntec City
🗓 Work Schedule: 3 days per week
⏰ Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM
💼 Employment Type: Part-Time
Promote and sell Trading Card Game (TCG) products, accessories, and related merchandise.
Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations, memberships, event sign-ups, and general inquiries.
Build strong rapport with customers and the TCG community by sharing insights on decks, new releases, and product availability.
Support store operations, including tournaments, events, and roadshows.
Follow up on customer orders, reservations, and loyalty programmes.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through strong product knowledge and effective selling skills.
Minimum GCE O or N Levels; at least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred (Fresh graduates with strong passion for TCGs are welcome to apply)
Passionate about Trading Card Games such as Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, and Yu-Gi-Oh! Promote and sell TCG products, assist customers, support events, and build rapport with players to achieve sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve sales targets
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
