Retail Sales Executive (Optical Shop)

Location: Central

Working hours: 11am to 830pm (5 day week)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in choosing lenses, and optical accessories.
• Provide product information and recommendations based on customers’ needs and prescriptions.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions and manage point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop is clean and well-organised.
• Assist with stock management, including inventory checks and restocking displays.
• Support the optometrist in scheduling eye examinations and managing appointments.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Requirements

• Nitec or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (optical experience an advantage).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales‑driven, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented.
