This role includes managing customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and supporting marketing campaigns. Responsibilities

• Deliver retail and showroom sales targets while maintaining brand image.
• Attend to sales enquiries and provide professional advice on product features.
• Prepare sales proposals and follow up on opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and generate new business leads.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Support daily showroom operations, including cleanliness and inventory management.
• Maintain records of sales funnel and update the team on key opportunities.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, including trade shows and promotions.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure smooth daily operation of the retail store located in Singapore. Manage walk-in customers to create a good customer experience and brand impression and to support sales and marketing events.

Responsibilities

• To deliver retail and showroom sales targets, without compromising the brand image
• Attend to all sales enquiries (online and walk-ins) and build good customer experience by giving professional advices on product’s features and benefits
• Preparation of sales proposals/quotations to potential customers and follow up on sales opportunities
• Pro-active role in client relationship management and new business leads penetration
• Responsible for order processing and provides effective coordination with operations, warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Support the manager in the day to day operations of the showroom. This includes cleanliness of the LEC showroom, product displays, cash and inventory management, etc.
• To maintain proper records of sales funnel and update the team regularly on key opportunities
• To support the sales and marketing team on the implementation of marketing campaigns. This includes trade shows, promotions, events, etc
