Responsibilities

• Provide customer service
• Upselling of products
• To perform ticket sales transactions and cashiering duties.
• Keep up to date with all product knowledge.
• Handle customer enquiries
• Housekeeping
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
