Retail Sales (Curtain, Bind) at Shopping Mall - Near MRT

Overview

Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional consultation on curtains, wall coverings, indoor & outdoor blinds, upholstery/handcrafted sofa fabrics, and carpeting. Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products and design solutions. Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up with clients. Maintain showroom display, product samples, and ensure the showroom is welcoming and presentable. Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Work closely with designers, contractors, and suppliers to coordinate project requirements. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and new collections. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Handle after-sales service and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales or customer service experience in interior design, home furnishing, or related industry preferred (training will be provided).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Able to read measurements and provide basic advice on installation (training will be provided).
  • Willing to work retail showroom hours, including weekends and public holidays.
