Job description
1. Store Operations
  • Office Supplies: Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies essential for day-to-day operations in the store. This includes monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Cleaning: Ensure a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and clients. This involves scheduling regular cleaning routines and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of store equipment and facilities. Coordinate with service providers to address any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Security Team: Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the store premises and protect assets.
  • IT Support: Act as the point of contact for any IT-related issues. Liaise with IT support teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.
2. Finance
  • Petty Cash Management: Manage and monitor petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and responsible spending.
  • Bank Transfer Information Report: Assist in preparing reports related to bank transactions, including transfers and related documentation.
  • Sales Tax Refund Process: Facilitate the process of applying for and receiving sales tax refunds, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Prepare Monthly Sales Report: Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive monthly reports to provide insights into store performance.
3. Various Requests Follow-up for Salon Operation
  • Actively assist in addressing miscellaneous requests related to store operations, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs.
4. Merchandising
  • Arrange Stock Movement: Coordinate the movement of stock, ensuring that inventory levels are optimized and that products are available for sale.
5. Logistics
  • Arrange Export and Import Logistics: Manage the logistics for importing and exporting store products, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery.
  • Assist Inventory Checking: Support the inventory management process by conducting regular checks and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Follow up with Local Forwarders and Customs: Communicate with local freight forwarders and customs officials to streamline shipping processes and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Handle Customs Issues: Address and resolve any customs-related challenges that may arise during import/export activities.
6. Provide Support in Other Daily Administrative Duties
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Manager to perform various administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the store and supporting team functions as needed.
