You will be responsible for promoting and selling SIM cards, prepaid/postpaid plans, mobile accessories, and telecom-related products at our retail outlet or kiosk.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively and provide product recommendations.
• Promote and sell SIM cards, mobile accessories, and other telecom products.
• Assist customers with registration, activation, and service inquiries.
• Maintain proper product display, stock, and cleanliness of the sales area.
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Meet sales targets and support team performance goals.
• Stay updated on product features, promotions, and telco policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education; retail or telco sales experience preferred.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching customers and handling cash transactions.
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work shift hours (e.g. 12-hour shifts).
