Job description
COMPANY:

Calibre 65 is a fast-growing Small Medium Enterprise (SME) focusing on selling luxury watches. We aim to provide each of our customers with a personal, comfortable and luxurious experience. Through our vast knowledge and experience with watches, we ensure each customers leaves not with a watch they want, but a watch they love. We are currently looking to expand our Sales team and increase our presence on Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Job Description:
  • Attend to Customers' needs and enquiries
  • Assist with stock take, display and arranging of stock, etc.
  • To assist in ensuring shop’s daily operations and ensure monthly sales target are achieved
  • To assist in maintaining operational records which include product inventory and sales reports
  • Visual Merchandising on product display so as to maximize sales.
  • Help with any other tasks and activities to support outlet operations
  • To assist in managing order processing, fulfilment and returns of customer orders.
  • Administrative duties, Salaries, commissions etc
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management
  • Assist with events when required
Requirements:
  1. Willing to learn about luxury watches, the brands, the consumers and their behaviour
  2. Good people’s skills and able to work in a team
  3. Pleasant looking and able to dress presentably
  4. Able to communicate well in English and Chinese, third language would be a bonus
  5. Able to understand client’s request and reply in a timely manner, maintain a high level of responsiveness and willing to go the extra mile
  6. Willing to learn and grow with more responsibilities within the company
Bonus points: (Great to have, but not required for this role)
  • Product Photography experience
  • Photoshop experience
  • Experience in growing social media platforms
  • Basic Bookeeping experience will be a huge plus

Salary Package

Total Salary is calculated as a combination of Salary plus commissions
