Job summary

Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences

Provide product information and make recommendations

Promote and sell a wide range of duty‑free products, including liquor, tobacco, cosmetics, confectionery, and more

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

Maintain organized and attractive product displays, restock shelves, and keep the store tidy

Process transactions and manage payments

Assist with inventory management and support stock‑taking activities

Adhere to store policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and remain efficient during busy periods

Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods

Working Hours:

AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:40 PM

PM Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:45 PM

Annual leave: 12 days with 11 public holidays off in lieu

Dental coverage: $200 per year

Variable bonus: Targeted at 10% of annual package

Regular training on alcoholic products
