• Working Hours: 5 days, 44 hour week (within 10am to 10pm – retail hours)
• Commissions: Team based. Average $300 - $500 per month. (up to $700 - 800 during peak)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and interact with customers on the shop floor to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Deliver excellent customer service while upselling and cross-selling to meet sales targets
• Support store operations, including inventory management, restocking, and cashiering
• Maintain overall store tidiness and assist with day-to-day retail upkeep
