Job Description
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Carry out store opening and closing activities
- Perform various sales functions including approaching customers, providing product advice, promoting products and services, handling customer objections, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales
- Issue memos for cashier payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and refresh merchandise displays to ensure visual appeal and brand consistency
- Manage stock inventory, including stock-taking, replenishment and transfers
- Assist with any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned
Job Requirements
- Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, highly adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
