About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and smooth daily operations.
  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
  • Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfillment.
  • Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
