We are now expanding our team in Singapore and seeking a Retail Sales Associates who shares our passion for spreading warmth and happiness to our customers.

✨ Job Description

As a Retail Sales Associates, you will represent the McHugs brand in retail stores, ensuring our plush toys are beautifully presented and well-stocked. You will play a key role in showcasing our story to customers while driving sales and enhancing the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and display McHugs plush toys in an attractive and engaging way to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels, replenish shelves, and report stock needs promptly.
  • Support promotional campaigns and set up point-of-sale displays.
  • Share product knowledge and assist customers in finding their perfect McHugs companion.
  • Collaborate with store staff and the McHugs team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and stock reports to management.
Requirements
  • No minimum education required (GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualifications are an advantage).
  • Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or promotions is preferred (training will be provided).
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically able to handle light stocking and display setup.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (roster-based).
⏰ Working Hours & Location

5–6 days per week, retail hours (including weekends and public holidays).

Work locations: Major retail stores in Singapore (e.g., Suntec city, Bugis Junction).

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,800 (depending on experience).
