Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Assist customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs.

Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the latest fashion trends, features, and unique selling points of our company products.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.
