Job description

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will support the daily operations of our showroom and pop-up events, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience. You will also play a key role in maintaining visual standards, assisting with inventory, and representing the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and welcome members and assist new members with the registration process.
  • Drive sales by achieving targets and contributing to overall sales growth.
  • Proactively approach and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience in-store.
  • Support daily retail operations to ensure smooth execution of flash sales, including setup, delivery, inventory management, repacking, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a VIP client base, proactively promoting events and fostering engagement.
  • Provide an impeccable image for our partnering brands with appealing visual merchandising.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.
WHAT IT TAKES
  • O Level and above, minimum 1-2 years in a customer service environment.
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, mature, and good team‑player.
  • Strong logical mindset, high‑energy self‑starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Exceptionally organised, with time management and multitasking skills.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin or another language (as required to communicate with our customers).
  • Good PC skills such as MS Office in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
