Job description

Sunday Bedding is seeking Retail Brand Ambassador to join our team! In this role, you will be an ambassador for our brand, and will play in a central role in our customers’ journey. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers and will primarily work with our team to deliver a tremendous retail experience at our stores - Katong i12 and Holland Village.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great shopping experience to customers while assisting them with the entire shopping experience and introducing them to the Sunday Bedding brand.
• Create and fulfill orders for in-store purchases, using POS system to process payments
• Work closely with Operations to stay on top of inventory demands, including receiving and processing new stock replenishments
• Handle customer requests at our stores, and 3rd party online channels
• Communicate with the team about store issues
• Assist with visual merchandising

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, with a calm and positive attitude
• Organized and an efficient communicator
• Comfortable with learning and using our order fulfilment application (Shopify)
• A dependable and committed co-worker who can work independently and proactively
• Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred
• Full Time Role: 5 day work week. Must be available to work weekends and public holidays. Salary distributed monthly, with benefits such as medical insurance and annual leave entitlement.
• Part Time Role: Min. 16 hours (2 days a week ). Salary calculated on an hourly basis
