What you'll be doing
  • Greet, serve and engage with customers, offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance to help them find the perfect items.
  • Maintain the store's presentation, ensuring all merchandise is neatly displayed and organised.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and brand information to provide informed recommendations.
  • Support team members with various store operations and tasks as needed.
  • Basic housekeeping.
  • Serve more customer, get higher commission.
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holiday.
  • Able to work Minimum 24 hours up to 32-40 hours per week (3-5 days per week).
  • Proficiency in English and the ability to speak additional languages (mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients) is an advantage.
