Job summary

A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to manage sales and stock in a variety of locations. The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, ideally in luggage, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining store organization, and fulfilling various administrative tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, is essential.

Retail Sales Assistant (Luggage)



  • Working Area: OG People Park / OG Albert Complex / Tangs Vivo / Bugis Junction / Plaza Singapura / Paragon / Takashimaya / Tangs Orchard /IMM / Woodland Causeway Point / NEX

  • Working hours: Full Time -6 days work week for full time

  • Salary: Basic $1700-$2200 + OT + Commission + Allowance


Job Responsibilities


  • Department Store/Retail sales and stock taking duties

  • Outlet opening and closing shift duties

  • Assist in ensuring that the retail store is clean, organized and well-maintained.

  • Ensure all merchandise and price tag are properly display.

  • Assist customer in after sales service, eg: exchange, refund and repair.

  • Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customers problem.

  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

  • Replenish stock when necessary.

  • Carry out day-to-day administrative work.

  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.

  • Report constructive feedback to retail store supervisor


Job Requirements


  • MUST have retail sale experience; Luggage related sales experience is preferred

  • Trainings will be provided

  • Self-confident / Independent, good communication skill

  • Willing to travel island-wide

  • MUST be able to work in retail hours including weekends and public holidays (Off-in lieu).

  • Fulfil day shift (weekday 7 hours; weekends 8-10 hours)
