Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all shoppers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked retail environment.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in merchandising and stocking shelves with products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Administrative tasks such as stock ordering, inventory count and basic reporting
• Any Ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Candidates with more than 5 years of retail experience may be considered for Senior Sales Assistant position
• Part‑Timers are welcomed to apply

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience gained within a Retail or Customer Service environment
• Good customer service skills with a positive and outgoing personality
• Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
