Job description

The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting sales activities. By acting in accordance with Mizuno’s core values of Fair Play, Fighting Spirit, and Friendship, each individual is expected to contribute to the realization of Mizuno Group’s Purpose and Vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies
  • Ensure shelves and displays are stocked, organized, and visually appealing
  • Process transactions accurately.
  • Record all daily purchases and report sales data to the office/management.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, document the details, and report them to the office/management for follow-up.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock status to management
  • Identify and update management on fast-moving and slow-moving stock items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store
  • Support team members during busy periods and store events
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
