Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, managing stock inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should be comfortable with cash handling and basic reporting tasks. This is a 5-day rotational shift position located at Jewel, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Daily store operation & housekeeping.
• Ensuring daily stock inventory.
• Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Attending client inquiries and feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support.
• Provide product advice and recommendations.
• Assisting client repair request and follow up on the process.
• Daily opening and closing (follow company SOP).
• Cash counting.
• Opening closing safe box.
• Complete task assigned by manager.
• Doing basic paperwork, filing & excel sales report.
• Daily settlement.
