Are you an animal lover with a friendly personality and a passion for customer service? We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our pet shop as RetailStaff!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting pet products and provide knowledgeable recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop and small animal enclosures
• Feed, care for, and monitor the well‑being of small animals under our supervision
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, arrange displays, check on product expiry date periodically, ensure products are properly priced and neatly displayed
• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
• E‑comm management including packing of online orders

Requirements

• Genuine love and care for animals
• Friendly, helpful, and positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who is reliable and responsible
• Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Comfortable with direct contact with animals
• Independent and self‑motivated
