Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD for architectural drawings with relevant certification.
• 3+ years in Tenancy Coordination or Architectural Construction, especially in Retail Real Estate.
• 2+ years in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new and redevelopment of Retail Tenancies to meet MBS standards.
• Monitor, track, and report Retail rollout to Director.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver new and re-development of existing Retail Tenancies to MBS standards and requirements, ensuring guidelines, deadlines, code requirements and Internal / Companywide SOP’s are met.
• Monitor, track, monitor and report Retail rollout to Director including risks, status, and schedule.
• Provide technical assistance during the design and construction phases.
• Manage processes to approved process and Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage the Tenant’s submission design drawings and assist them to meet required timelines.
• Manage onsite activities of the Retail Tenant’s contractors including program, quality, safety, site access and logistics.
• Coordinate the handover of the stores in accordance to Policy and the Lease.
• Effectively work with Procurement for compliant contracting processes.
• On ad hoc basis support in the drafting of CAD sketches for feasibility studies.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Project Management or similar (preferred but not essential).
• Proficient in the operation of Auto CAD software for architectural drawings. Relevant certification required.

Experience

• 3+ years in Tenancy Coordination or Architectural Construction with an emphasis on Retail Real Estate.
• 2+ years in Project Management.
• A track record of delivery in a company similar in size/quality.
