Overview

We are looking for Retail Part Timers who are looking to kick start their retail career, those who share our desire to make a difference. As a Retail Associate, you have the opportunity to learn retail in an environment where you can fuse your personal passion for sport and style with your career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You thrive on building relationships and working with your team to achieve a common goal: to be the best sports company in the world.
• Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador
• Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, ensuring both individual and team sales objectives are achieved
• Commitment to the team roster and positive attendance record.
• Keeping abreast of the latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively.
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times.
• To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Able to assist in-store operational duties, such as ensuring the cleanliness of the store, performing stock replenishment, stock checks and managing the fitting room area
• Be always presentable in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

REQUIREMENTS

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE:

• Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing
• Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
• Exposure: Sports, Fashion
• Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management
