• Possess full registration as an Optometrist with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB), under the Ministry of Health, Singapore.
• Provisional-registered Optometrist are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform refraction on patients who are adults, children or adolescents.
• Prescribe optical appliances such as glasses and contact lenses.
• Perform visual examination and refer to ophthalmologists if needed.
• Dispense and fit glasses and contact lenses.

Working Summary

5 days work week, Retail hour (Monthly 7 days off)

$4000 - $6000

Location: Islandwide shopping centre

Joining Bonus $5000, Sales Incentive, AWS

Responsibilities

• Perform refraction on patients who are adults, children or adolescents.
• Prescribe optical appliances such as glasses and contact lenses to correct vision problems such as short-sightedness, long-sightedness and astigmatism.
• Perform visual examination on patients and refer them to other healthcare practitioners such as ophthalmologist for further management if any eye abnormalities/diseases are detected.
• Perform any other type of practice of eye care which is part of the practice of opticianry (eg. dispensing and fitting of glasses and contact lenses).

Requirement

• Possess full registration as an Optometrist with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB), under the Ministry of Health, Singapore
