Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the retail counter and assist customers with enquiries.
• Handle daily store operations, stock-taking, and goods receiving.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Process and pack customer orders from online and walk-in channels.
• Prepare orders for logistics pickup with proper checks and documentation.
• Support coordination between retail, warehouse, and e-commerce teams.
• Assist in occasional events and booth sales.
• Provide professional customer service and help resolve customer issues.
