  • As the brand ambassador of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is support of all Retail Excellence related functions across stores for Singapore and providing support to the Retail Excellence Director, Singapore
  • You will nurture and develop the store-based support community to continuously achieve operational excellence with high levels of initiative and proactivity.
Showcasing the Tiffany Touch
  • Maintain a retail control checklist and conduct monthly and quarterly audit checks of every store, and working in partnership with respective store-based support roles to ensure operational excellence;
  • Nurture and develop the store-based support community (store admins and operations executives) continuously to achieve operational excellence with initiative and proactivity, through training, guidance and exposures/opportunities;
  • Leverage the Regional Retail Training Team and through effective store interactions help identify actions and learning strategies to support overall operational effectiveness and best practices;
  • Partner with HR to launch and support Store Managers and admins on any store related engagement activities.
