VENUS BEAUTY SERVICES PTE. LTD.

is seeking an energetic Retail Supervisor to lead a team of store assistants, ensuring smooth operation and excellent customer experience in a fast-paced beauty retail setting. You will be responsible for driving sales in your product category, managing inventory and merchandising, handling payments and refunds, and coordinating rostered hours from 10am to 10pm across six days.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a small retail team or shift in a beauty/consumer goods environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with stock management and visual merchandising best practices.
• Knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation.
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products.
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards.
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally.
• Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
