Responsibilities

• To oversee daily operations which includes staff management, operations procedure, statistical reports, weekly/monthly operation review.
• Forecast sales figures and inventory requirement for each location.
• Achievement of sales budgets of the retail outlets assigned and maintaining sustainable growth of outlets.
• Formulate strategy, improve performance, procure material and resources and secure compliance.
• Responsible for the business performance (sales) of groups of outlets assigned.
• Responsible for the training and development of Area Managers, Outlets Supervisors and staff to achieve service excellence.
• Build, lead and set priorities / direction for the Marketing Communication Division.
• Strategise and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverables.
• Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI.
